Forty percent of LifeQuest’s patients are 34 years old or younger.

The remaining 60% is comprised of patients 35 years of age or older.

In the past 4 years, greater than 50% of patients achieved a clinical pregnancy on their first cycle.  Close to 50% of patients who had a second cycle also achieved a clinical pregnancy. Finally, 40% of patients who did a third cycle achieved a clinical pregnancy.  Statistically, most people have become pregnant by their third cycle.

We only report clinical pregnancies. These are the pregnancies in which a fetal heartbeat is visualized using ultrasound imaging at 7 weeks of pregnancy. We do not report chemical pregnancies or spontaneous abortions before 7 weeks, as pregnancies.

If you transfer more than one embryo, you have a 25% chance of becoming pregnant with multiples, that is, a 24% chance of twins, and a 0.9% chance of triplets. Compared to the national average, LifeQuest is very responsible with our multiple rates, as having multiples can adversely affect the health of both the babies and the mother.
